let us explain what type of showroom we are. We are
technically a educational selling studio
showroom. That means that
each customer is treated individually, and each fixture is
explained individually. Every construction project is
thoroughly explored to discover the perfect match of style,
design, color, price and functionality. Our studio
staff goes to great lengths to explain the many options,
and education of the function of each product so you can
make an informed decision. This is not a place with price
tags and self service shelves. In order to do your
construction project justice, plan to
stop by and browse one of our studio showrooms, and please
understand that pricing and availability information must
come from a showroom consultant.
The most important step in having a
successful visit is to make an appointment. We can't stress
this enough. Please allow us the opportunity to dedicate our
time and attention to you. Your project is important to us
too!!! The average new home specification takes

When you meet with your studio
showroom
consultant, its helpful to have as much information about
your project as possible. Here are some things you’ll want
to share:

General Contractor and
Plumbing Contractor names. |

Address, lot,
subdivision name of new home. |
|
Stage of construction
process. (foundation, framing, etc...) |

Please bring your
blueprints/floor plans. These will be needed for
measurements and drain locations. |

Please bring a copy of
your contract/allowances (if available). |
|
Please wear
comfortable clothing and shoes. |
|
Please bring any
pictures/brochures from your new home packet as it
will help the designer to achieve your desired
style. |

We kindly ask that you
make arrangements for small children. |

Just Add Water is one
of the few showrooms in our area with Thursday
evening and Saturday hours. Please schedule a week
in advance if one of these days interest you. |
